Public Policy Conjectures

Public Policy Conjectures is an opportunity for me to set out my ideas or conjectures on a select series of public policy topics, but each with a very wide-ranging view.

They are full of problems and solutions. We all think we know the problems. However, I only write this Blog because I believe I can offer some solutions.

The conjectures are the result of more years of experience than I care to remember. More information about those years is to be found in “About” .

I now plan to post an essay weekly with one or two extras of a personal kind. I have several lined up and 20 or so in various states of draft. This is my first ever Blog. I am still learning—one of the delights of life!

Comments are very welcome; but refutations are more problematical for me! If you must refute my conjectures, then I suppose you must! But do it gently please!
